45 minutes of strength, striking, and stretching


Service Description

A workout that uses functional strength exercises, kickboxing techniques, followed by stretching and mobility movements. The circuit changes everyday, which keeps it exciting and challenging. Our trainers are always present to demonstrate and guide you safely through the exercises, including any modifications you may need.
